2006 Promises
to quit smoking - I didn't
to lose weight - I did
to face a fear and "do it" anyway - I kept this promise, too
to keep mytemper in check when angry - I've done this, but I've had a lot of nausea, belching, and flatulence as a result, so i'm considering revising this one for fear my body will explode - must search for reliable safety valve
to refrain from swearing - I fucking tried
to enjoy every day, every moment - my crowning achievement
HAPPY NEW YEAR, EVERYONE!

Happy New Year Lyn!
Way to go on those 2006 resolutions.
Happy New year to you!
LOL!!
I only made one resolution last year, to make a man candy blog. Did it. *giggle*, it was SOOooo hard.
This year I have only two. Lose 10 pounds and write a story, completely, beginning middle and actually reach the end.
Big challenge for me, the ADD'er extrodinaire.
I think it's easier to lose the poundage than write.
Scary thought.
Happy New Year and I hope the bestest resolution you make gets met.
All the best to you!
Sounds like you did pretty well! Happy New Year!!
Thanks, ya'll! I'm determined to QUIT smoking this year. Same pack I opened 3 days ago still has a couple of cigarettes in it - lol - so I'm HOPING this year will be different. All 3 of us here have decided enough is enough. So when the cartons we bought in Dec' run out, that's supposedly 'it'.
You've meant so much to me this past year - I've enjoyed your visits. Wishing all of you a marvelous 2007 that fulfills your fondest dreams and desires.
I think that Ann must be hallucinating. I see nothing about moving. . .
OH
and HAPPY NEW YEAR!
I agree with Kate -- Ann must be seeing things!
Happy New Year, dearest! Looking forward to a great 2007, for sure!
(And you can quit -- I know you can!)
Bwahaha! Your "quit swearing" nearly caused a serious coffee/keyboard episode. Happy New Year, Lyn!
Hey, good list!
I am looking at a few of those same issues...but perhaps I mught look for an outlet for my anger rather than suppress it LOL
